We will NOT accept returns of raw coins and paper money for this reason. We guarantee all coins to be genuine, except as otherwise expressly stated in the Description section of an individual lot. Invoices are emailed out within 72 hours following the auction. If not received by the 72 hours it is winning bidders responsibility to contact auction house to request another invoice. However, please check your spam folder prior to contacting us. Claim of non-receipt of invoice does not dissolve winning bidder of his/her responsibility to pay for item(s) won.
