International bidders WILL NOT be accepted for this auction. 18% buyers premium added for online bids. 13% buyers premium for all in-house, absentee and telephone bids. Purchases of any firearms made after 1898 are subject to background checks in accordance with state and federal laws. A $20 fee will be collected for each firearm requiring registration. Please check applicable laws in your state or territory that may apply to your purchase(s). VOGT AUCTION PAYMENT & PICK-UP POLICIES, Online & Specialty Auctions PURCHASES: Auction purchases must be paid for within seven (7) days of the date of the sale. Invoices will be emailed to each buyer including a written description and hammer price of each purchase as well as any applicable buyer's premium and tax. Texas residents are charged at our local San Antonio sales tax rate unless we are provided a copy of a valid Texas state resale certificate. Out of state residents are generally not charged Texas sales tax. We accept the following forms of payment: - Cash - Credit cards (NOT accepted for purchases >$5,000 without prior approval) - Personal checks / certified checks (funds must clear bank before purchases are released) - Wire transfers - Money orders NON-PAYMENT: By Texas law a winning auction bidder automatically enters into a legal and binding purchase contract with the auction house. In the rare case when a successful bidder fails to pay for their purchases within the time period allowed Vogt Auction will pursue available legal steps to protect its interests and may block the bidder from future auction participation. Reasonable interest and storage fees may also be added to past due invoices. PICK-UPS: The buyer must arrange for collection of a purchased lot within seven (7) days of the date of the auction. Vogt Auction will not release auction purchases until we have received payment in full (and until any checks have cleared the bank). If the buyer pays for their purchases but does not collect their items within thirty (30) days of the auction, the buyer will incur a storage fee of $5 per day. We will not release purchased lots to the buyer until all such charges have been paid in full. If a purchased lot is paid for but not picked up within 2 months the buyer authorizes Vogt Auction, upon notice, to arrange a resale of the item by auction or private sale, with estimates and a reserve set at Vogt Auction?s reasonable discretion. The proceeds of such sale will be applied to pay for storage charges and any other outstanding costs and expenses owed by the buyer to Vogt Auction and the remainder will be forfeited unless collected by the buyer within 2 years of the original auction. SHIPPING: All firearms manufactured after 1898 can be picked-up directly from Wetmore Shooting Sports (119 E. Turbo Dr., Ste. 100, San Antonio, 78216 / 210-290-8040 / info@wetmoreshootingsports.com), or will be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your area. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS", RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED. THE CONSIGNOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO ANY PROPERTY OFFERED FOR SALE, SINCE THE AUCTIONEER IS ACTING SOLELY AS AN AUCTION BROKER, AND, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, DOES NOT OWN THE PROPERTY OFFERED FOR SALE. THEREFORE, THE AUCTIONEER MAKES NO WARRANTY OF TITLE, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY. Condition reports are available upon request; unless noted, items are not inspected out of their frames; condition of frames are available upon request. THERE WILL BE A 13% BUYERS PREMIUM APPLIED TO ALL SALES PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 5% FOR ONLINE BIDS. ALL DEALERS MUST PRESENT A TEXAS RESALE CERTIFICATE PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF A BIDDERS CARD FOR TAX EXEMPTION, OR TEXAS SALES TAX WILL BE APPLIED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS, OTHER THAN OUT OF STATE PURCHASES.

Any weapon that meets the requirements with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms will incur a $20 dollar processing fee to transfer the ownership to the buyer, including those who possess a valid Texas License to Carry (LTC). All firearms sales will require proper federal paperwork. Firearms not directly picked up from the auction must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your area. Some items in the auction may not be legal in your city or state. It is your responsibility to make sure the firearms are legal before you bid. Firearms are sold AS-IS and it is your responsibility to ensure all firearms are inspected by a licensed gunsmith prior to firing. Winning bidders will receive an email notice within 24-48 hours after close of the sale.
