Personal or company check will be accepted with a current & valid bank letter w/proper ID. All purchases to be paid in US dollars. All winning bidders will be contacted on the following Tuesday to make arrange for pick up, shipping and pay. All items must be paid for within 5 business days from the Tuesday after the sale. New York State Sales Tax will be charged to all purchases unless a Certificate of Resale has been filled out by the bidder along with copy of their NYS Tax ID. Bidders with Resale Numbers that haven't filled out the NYS Sales Tax form and submitted it to our office will have to pay the sales tax. The Auctioneer or its representatives do not warrant the accuracy, genuiness, authenticity, condition, description, weight, count or measure of any of the lots specified herein. Although condition reports may be given upon request, such reports are state of opinion only and should not be construed as statements of fact. Regardless of whether or not a condition report is given, all property is sold subject to "As is where is" and "All sales are final" with "No Returns". All shipping must be done via UPS or another shipper and all costs associated will be paid by the buyer.
