Phone bidding is only available for lots with a low estimate of $100.00. Phone Bidders are subject to the same terms and conditions as Absentee Bidders. AFTER THE AUCTION Internet Billing: Wittlin and Serfer will invoice all successful bidders within 48 hours after the close of the auction. Successful bidders are expected to pay for their purchases immediately.
