Jewellery includes ladies diamond and other gem set rings, antique chains and pendants, lockets, brooches, bangles, bracelets and earrings, ladies and gents antique pocket watches etc. Silverware, includes coffee service and salver. Sale of English and world gold, silver and base metal coins, including proof coins and sets and ancient coins, medals, militaria, banknotes, postage stamps and stamped covers, cigarette and trade cards, postcards and paper ephemera etc. 537 lots. Highlights of the sale include the following coins: gold guineas of William and Mary, Anne and George III, half guineas of Anne and George III, quarter guineas of George I and III, sovereigns, including Victoria 1838, Victoria and later £5 pieces, USA double eagle to quarter eagles, Droz gilt pattern halfpenny, William IV proof sixpence and gothic crown 1847. Medal and Militaria section includes: an MC group and various World War 1 and World War 2 groups and quantity of miniature medals. Banknote section includes: selection of English provincial notes, selection of Bradbury and Warren Fisher £1 and ten shilling notes, Bank of England notes: Henry Hase £1 1819, Harvey £5, Catterns £20, Peppiatt £5 (4), £10, £50 and £100.
