The hammer stroke will mark the acceptance of the highest bid and the pronouncing of the word "Sold" or any equivalent will indicate the conclusion of the purchase contract between the seller and the last bidder taken in consideration. 5) Concluding the sale In addition of the lot's hammer price, the buyer must pay the following costs and fees/taxes by lot: 30% (including current Ireland VAT).
