Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyers premiums, and any taxes. Credit card charge backs will not be accepted. Minnesota residents will be charged 7.125% sales tax. All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. Tear all newspaper and packing down to 1/2" size as all items will be in your package.
