If during the auction, a discrepancy, dispute, or at the auctioneers discretion, the Auctioneer or seller only, may remove the lot for sale before the hammer falls and item declared SOLD. The Auctioneer may elect to award tie bids to the floor bidder. All purchases are subject to the buyer's premium as stated. If any item is not paid for or removed within specified or reasonable time, the Auction company may choose the option to enforce legal action against the Buyer.
