Conditions of Sale ON-LINE AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS We accept returns if an item is mis-cataloged. Payment is due in full upon closing of the auction. We accept Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check (items held until cleared) or Money Order. Buyer's Premium: There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium added to the successful hammer price of each lot. Please note DAF Auction Inc is providing Internet pre-bidding and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of auction due to many different factors. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against DAF Auction Inc, or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. We highly recommend the Bidder place their bid early using the proxy bid feature. DAF Auction Inc reserves the right to withdraw items in this auction and if necessary re-catalog an item. "Bidder's Choice" Lots will not be offered for Internet Bidding and will be passed. Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment in the best interests of the seller. All announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over printed matter. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own due diligence in regards to grading. There will be No Coin Returns for Grading. Bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on and once Buyer has won the bid you have entered into a contract to purchase and will be expected to pay for the item.
