Terms and conditions Please note that our terms of sale have changed recently. By registering for the auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Payment within ten (10) working days after the end of the sale. We have the right to keep the goods until payment is made. Telephone and absent bidders will be notified by email within two (2) days of the end of the sale. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, money order, wire transfer, PayPal, visa, MasterCard, etc. We do not accept payment by international credit card. For international payment, we only accept wire transfer and paypal. All wire transfers are subject to a bank charge of 30 euros. For PayPal, we will charge a 4.5% transaction fee. For credit cards, there is a 4% transaction fee. 1. All goods are sold as they are and free from defects. There are no other types of warranties or representations, express or implied, of merchantability. All artists? The names and dates recorded in this catalog shall not be deemed to be ineligible attribution to the designated artist. No artist or date has been or is intended to be attributed to the author or execution date. The auction will start at a price that the auctioneer deems appropriate. The auctioneer always has the right to withdraw a large number of auctions for any reason. Additional telephone offers, including additional offers for telephone calls with staff, cannot be accepted on the day of the auction. The agent auction company shall have the right to withdraw any article at any time for any reason and to cancel any sale in case of error or dispute. At the request of the buyer, the entrusted auctioneer usually authorizes the delivery of the purchased goods within two weeks after receiving the payment. Usually through a third-party shipper. The buyer shall be responsible for all transportation expenses, including but not limited to the expenses of picking up, packing, handling and transportation. All purchases are subject to applicable German sales tax. 7. The bid indicates that you understand and accept the terms of sale. In the event of a buyer's breach of these terms of sale, including the payment obligation to purchase the goods, the company acting as auctioneer may seek all remedies under law, including cancellation of the sale and the unreserved re provision of the property. 8. All items that have not been picked up within three months shall be assessed at a storage fee of 5.00 euro per item per day. 9. Please note that batches containing ivory, tortoiseshell or other animal materials may be regulated by the Endangered Species Act and the German Department of wildlife. Some countries prohibit the import of property containing materials from endangered species. If potential buyers intend to import these goods to another country, they should be familiar with the relevant customs regulations before bidding. 10. In any judicial proceedings in which the court refuses to enforce any of the provisions contained in this clause, such unenforceable provisions shall be deemed to have been removed from the provisions of this Agreement for the purposes of such proceedings to the extent that the remaining separate provisions contained in this Agreement are permitted to be enforced in such proceedings. 11. These terms and conditions shall inure to the benefit of the acting auctioneer, Inc. and its successors and / or assigns and shall not be terminated, amended or modified except by an instrument in writing signed by the acting auctioneer, Inc. 12. The provisions of these terms and conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with German law. 13. Any person or entity that submits a bid to any auction represents, warrants and undertakes that he / she / it will be served by legal process in Germany and will continue to be bound by the service of legal process as long as these terms and conditions are valid. 14.
