All the lots and the relative documentation can be freely and personally consulted at Capitolium Art, or through our website, for 15 days preceding each auction. In addition, as established in the conditions to which the participation in each auction is subordinated, ?no complaints are admitted after the award." Written, telephone and internet bids For those who cannot attend the auction in person, Capitolium Art will be pleased to execute written, telephone or internet bids. Please note that this service is free of charge and Capitolium Art therefore accepts no responsibility for offers inadvertently omitted or errors in the execution of bidding, especially in the case of incorrectly completed, incomplete or illegible bidding forms. All those who take part in the sale fully accept these regulations and upon acquiring any item assume legal responsibility for the purchase made. Any dispute will be the resolved by the Court of Brescia. Payments Forms of payment accepted are: cheque, bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and cash up to ?1,000.00. Deferred payments For purchases with a minimum ?5,000.00 hammer price, auction fees excluded (for each individual auction, where more than one item is purchased), a deferred payment service is provided interest-free, with 5 monthly installments and immediate payment of the auction fees and first installment of the hammer price.
