All items sold as is where is. We do our best to provide accurate photos and/or descriptions but should you have any questions or concerns regarding an item please reach out prior to bidding. Payment is required within 48 hours of receipt of invoice, to be paid using the LiveAuctioneers Payment feature. Please note if you do not pay within 48 hours, and do not reach out, your lots will be considered forfeited and will be resold. Shipping may be available for certain auctions at the expense of the buyer, please check with us prior to bidding. Please be advised there has been a number of rate increases from shipping providers, and as such shipping will be expensive. If you still require shipment please let us know you will need an invoice with shipping charges added, we will combine all items into as few packages as possible, weigh the packages, and send over the invoice with the shipping costs we will incur added. Pickup will be at 1064 Maxim Southard Road Howell, N.J. 07731 on Saturday February 22,2020 from 2pm-5pm, and Sunday February 23,2020 from 11am-3pm. Please let us know which day and approximate time you expect to pickup so we can have your lots waiting for you. Please note if you do not pickup your items during the windows previously mentioned, and do not reach out to us, they will be considered abandoned property.
