PICK UP: Cordier Auctions is currently closed for pick-ups due to COVID-19 restrictions.
OPTION #1: Smaller purchases, after payment in full, can be transferred by our preferred shipper, UPS Store 0698, to their location in Mechanicsburg, PA for pick up. A fee of $5-10 will be charged for handling depending on the size of the order. This payment will be made directly to UPS. This option is only available for smaller items.
OPTION #2: Items can be picked up at the auction house up to two weeks after the Pennsylvania state COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. (Items will be stored at no charge). This is the only option for larger items.

All property is sold "as is", and neither the auctioneer nor any consignor makes any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, or description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale, or in the bill of sale, or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability.

Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. You are encouraged to request additional photos prior to bidding.
In the case of a disputed bid, our sale record shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser and our auctioneers may also, at their election, withdraw the lot or re-offer the lot for sale. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive. Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or online bids as a convenience to clients, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection therewith.

Invoices will be sent Monday following the auction. Payment to be made in two (2) days from invoice date via credit card or wire transfer only. Please call 717-731-8662 with card details or to request wire information. Any domestic purchase with invoice amount over $2,500 requires a wire transfer of funds. Any international purchase with invoice amount over $1,000 requires a wire transfer of funds. $50 fee to be applied to invoice total (international wire transfers only). Invoices must be paid in full prior to shipping or pick up of merchandise.

Cordier Auctions will assist in coordinating shipping through our third-party shipper The UPS Store. Shipping is subject to any restrictions of the purchaser's country. Bidders are responsible for confirming their import laws and any restrictions do not release a purchaser from their responsibility for payment of an invoice.
TAX: All purchases are subject to 6% Pennsylvania state sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a Pennsylvania sales tax exemption number and has an executed exemption form on file. Exemption numbers from other states are accepted if presented with a business card or letterhead.
PRECIOUS METALS, GEMSTONES & COINS:
All precious metal weights are approximate and include gemstones when present. Gold karats are approximate when tested. Gemstone sizes are estimated. Coin grading, unless by a third party, are an opinion only.
Cordier Auctions provides shipping for firearms (except ANT/NRR firearms). The cost is: Long guns: $50 for first long gun; $25 for each additional long gun. Handguns: $65 for first handgun; $35 for each additional handgun. Shipping for all non-firearm items and NRR firearms is the responsibility of the buyer. Cordier Auctions will assist the buyer in arranging shipping through our preferred shipper.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Items must be picked up or shipped within two weeks of the auction date, after which storage fees in the amount of $5 per item per day will apply.
FAILURE TO REMOVE PURCHASES:
Failure to remove purchases within 10 business days following the auction will result in transportation of items to our long term storage at a standard $50 per item moving fee AND a storage fee of $5 per item per day until pick up by the buyer (24 hour notice required for pick up).
