A service charge of $10.00 a day will be added each each day for storage fee to unpaid balances beginning the tenth (10) business days after the auction date.Once the total of storage has reached the total amount of the invoice, the items will be sold to cover the storage fees. Lots are sold in numerical order according to the auction catalog at a rate of approximately 90 lots per hour. Absentee bids left on Live Auctioneers are not the same as bids left directly with the auction house. Live Auctioneers bids are executed by a Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. staff member from a proxy computer terminal located in the auction room. Other competitive bids may include bidders on the telephone, bidder in the auction room, and absentee bids left with the auctioneer. Therefore, tie bids may occur between Live Auctioneers absentee bidders and other bidders. In such event of a tie bid, the auctioneer has sole discretion to aware the lot to the high bidder of his choosing, most often to the floor bidder.
