Internet bidding through Live Auctioneers offers real-time bidding or proxy bidding and is provided as a convenience for those that can not attend the auction in person. You may bid in person by attending the auction at our gallery in Portsmouth, NH. A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all items purchased, which is the same as at the auction gallery. There is no sales tax in New Hampshire. Packaging and shipping charges will be paid by the Buyer. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason. Estimates of sales prices are provided as a guide only. Only a few items in this auction have a reserve price or minimum bid. Everything else is being sold with-out reserve. Therefore, the starting / opening prices are very low. Condition reports: We provide general condition reports on-line. We will attempt to note major defects were evident. Everything is sold "as is, where is". We provide you with information that was gathered from reliable sources and that we believe to be true. Paintings and works of art: With respect to the attribution of authorship, the work, in our best judgement, is by the named artist. Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Payment Methods: You may pay with cash(In House Only), your good personal check or business check drawn on a US bank, money orders, bank checks, certified checks, or wire bank transfers (for non-US buyers). Sorry, no credit cards or Pay Pal are accepted at this time. Shipping small items: We will box and ship smaller items from our facility. Buyer's pay all shipping expenses. Shipping larger items: All large items will be delivered to a local professional packer / shipper by our staff and at no charge to the Buyer. However, the Buyer will have to pay the packer / shipper separately for their services. We do not make any profit on shipping. Buyer's pay all shipping expenses. Vehicles: All vehicles, motorcycles, heavy equipment must be picked up in Portsmouth, NH We will assist you in finding a qualified transportation company if you can not move the equipment yourself. Vehicles must be picked up within 10 days of the auction. After 10 days a storage fee of $15 per day will incur. We are committed to having happy, satisfied customers.
