Auction will feature approximately 350 lots hand picked from estates and private collections in Central Ohio. This auction presents a mix of categories to provide a sampler of what will be offered in upcoming auctions.

Terms & Conditions
NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS: All bidders are advised to read the terms and conditions set forth by The Antiques Auction Gallery (TAAG). By bidding in the Auction you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by TAAG, as may be amended and posted or verbally announced at Auction, and you are acknowledging that you are entering into a binding contract with TAAG for any and all items purchased at this Auction. The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. In the event of any dispute in this matter, the auctioneer shall use his own discretion to decide to reopen the bidding or not. For on-site bidders, It is the bidder’s responsibility to get the attention of the auctioneer or ringman before auctioneer declares the item sold. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's "hammer". The purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: TAAG has described all items in this Auction to the best of their knowledge. All items herein offered for sale in this Auction are being sold “as is”, “where is” with all faults. The absence of a condition report does not mean the item is without imperfections. Most of the items being auctioned have considerable age and normal wear is expected. All measurements given are approximate. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item whether bidding in person, by phone or by internet. Neither TAAG nor the consignors makes any warranties or representations to the age, size, condition, quality or provenance of any of the items in this Auction. Any such statements are strictly a matter of opinion of TAAG. Please note that the photo process may cause reflections, variations in the color or other imperfections to appear in the photos. If you have a question on the color of any item, please contact us prior to bidding. TAAG is not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions in this catalog. Photographs in this catalog are of the actual objects being sold but exact condition of the objects offered is their condition on the day of sale. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER TO ASK QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING. Items are available for preview prior to Auction date. If an item is materially different than was described by TAAG, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify TAAG. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyer’s premium or costs related to shipping will be reimbursed on items returned for any reason. Return shipping of items to us must be preauthorized and is at the buyer’s expense. PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express will be accepted on site. We will not accept cash or checks from internet buyers. Payment is due at auction end for on-site buyers. Internet buyers will be notified of final costs including shipping, insurance and handling at end of auction with payment due in 3 business days. TAAG reserves the right to require bank checks for large purchases, and reserves the right to hold merchandise until said check has cleared the bank. There will be a $50.00 return check fee for any check returned to TAAG for insufficient funds. SALES TAX: Unless exempt under Ohio Sales Tax Laws, all on-site buyers must pay Ohio sales tax of 6.75%. Internet bidders will not be charged a sales tax for items shipped to a delivery address outside of Ohio. Internet bidders with an Ohio delivery address will be charged a sales tax unless a sales tax number is provided prior to bidding. We will accept out of state sales tax exemption numbers but a copy of the exemption certificate must be presented on Auction day. International bidders are responsible for any taxes, duty or other assessment of items shipped to the buyer’s country. ABSENTEE AND TELEPHONE BIDDING: TAAG will accept absentee and telephone bids. Bids are to be submitted in writing on the Absentee Bid Sheet. A valid credit card number shall be included on the Absentee Bid Sheet before bidding is approved. All absentee bids will be executed competitively during the sale. Should there be a tie in bids between an absentee bid and a bid from an on-site bidder, preference will be given to the on-site bidder. Should more than one absentee bid be received on an item with the high bid being the same for all those submitted, the winning bid will be the bid first submitted. Telephone bidders are required to complete an Absentee Bid Sheet. Upon receipt of the Absentee Bid Form, TAAG will make arrangements to call just prior to the item(s) in which you are interested is being offered. It is imperative that absentee phone bidders provide correct telephone numbers and are available during the auction. TAAG will not be responsible to telephone bidders for failure in telephone lines or the bidders unavailability at the time TAAG places the call to the bidder. All Absentee bids must be received 24 hours prior to auction date. Request for telephone bidding must be received 24 hours prior to auction date. INTERNET BIDDERS: Internet bidders are required to register with LiveAuctioneers prior to bidding. TAAG will notify successful registrants within 48 hours of the sale. There is no guarantee of successful registration to bidders attempting to register after auction has started. REMOVAL OF ITEMS: All items for this auction are located at TAAG’s facility at 579 W. Cherry St., Sunbury, OH 43074. All items must be removed at the end of the sale unless arrangements are made otherwise. Any items not picked up within 5 business days will be assessed a storage fee of $10.00 per day with said fee being paid prior to removal of the items. See shipping terms for internet buyers. SHIPPING: Shipping of small items will be available for internet buyers. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We will combine shipping for multiple purchases where possible. All shipping, insurance and handling charges are at the buyer’s expense. International bidders must contact us directly for shipping, handling, and insurance costs. TAAG will not ship items that are too large for shipping through. It is the buyers responsibility to contact a shipping company of their choice to make arrangements for shipment of larger items. Any shipping estimates provided in the description will apply to delivery within the 48 contiguous states. All items must be paid in full before they will be shipped. TAAG will not ship any items COD. All items shipped will require insurance, and TAAG assumes no liability for any damage incurred during shipment. BUYER’S PREMIUM: A buyer’s premium of 13% of the hammer price will be charged. A 3% fee will be waived for on-site bidders paying with cash or valid check on Auction day. For the convenience of absentee and telephone bidding an additional fee of 3% of the hammer price will be charged in addition to the regular bye’s pmium. For the convenience of internet bidding an additional fee of 3% of the hammer price will be charged in additional to the regular buyer’s premium. BID INCREMENTS: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject bids in any increment the auctioneer deems is in the best interests of the consignors. The bid increments listed below are a general guideline. Actual increments are at the auctioneer’s discretion. $0 - 100…………….$10 $101 – 300…………$25 $301 - 500………….$50 $501 – 1,000……….$100 $1,001 – 2,000….…$250 $2,001+……………Auctioneer’s Discretion RESERVES: The majority of our items are unreserved, though limited items may carry a moderate reserve. Please note that when a lot carries a reserve, the reserve is usually somewhere below our low estimate. In the case of a reserved item, the seller has authorized the auctioneer to bid on their behalf until the reserve price is reached. Actual reserve amounts cannot be disclosed, but we will advise you if an item carries a reserve should you ask. Unreserved lots will have a minimum opening bid of 1/4 of the low estimate. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: By bidding on any lot in this Auction, bidder acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and understands that he/she is entering into a binding legal contract to pay for any items in which he/she is the highest bidder. By bidding on any lot in this Auction, bidder further acknowledges that he/she is over the age of 18 and of the mental capacity to enter into legal contracts. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer's "hammer". The purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. It is the bidder’s responsibility to know on which lot he/she is bidding.
