All Sales Are Final. Property sold "As Is" without warranty or representation. Bidder acknowledges and agrees that all property is sold "AS IS". The seller does not make any warranties or representations of the correctness of any description or the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, provenance, or historical relevance of the property auctioned and sold. All references and descriptions of any item sold in this auction are intended for informational purposes only. The highest Bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser of the Lot; the auctioneer will have the final discretion regarding any dispute; any lot may be subject to reserve prices set by the seller, which is the confidential minimum price below which such lots will not be sold; the auctioneer reserves the right to execute reserve prices by opening the bidding or continuing the bidding in response to other bidders until reaching the reserve, or beyond; on the fall of the hammer the Lot will pass to the highest Bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer; seller reserves the right to refuse any bidding, dividing lots, combining any two or more lots; seller reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time without liability; Winning Bidder agrees to pay to the seller, St. Pierre's Collection, no later than 72 hours from receipt of an electronic invoice. 20% Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer price. Shipping and handling will be added to the invoice in the event of direct shipping. The seller will ship the item only after payment has been received in full, and funds have cleared the bank. Failure to pay will result in a documented dispute on Bidder's account, and the purchase will be canceled. Seller will reserve the right to block such bidders from future bidding. Bidder agrees to collect all purchased items no later than ten (10) business days following the auction. Bidder shall become liable for storage charges of $5.00 per day per auction Lot for any property not removed within such time. Bidder agrees that seller is not responsible for any acts or omissions of third parties in packing and shipping Bidder's goods. Packing and shipping are the Bidder's sole responsibility and risk, even if the third party was suggested or recommended by the seller. Bidder and seller agree that this Agreement shall constitute the entire Agreement between the parties and shall supersede any prior oral or other agreements respecting the matters covered herein. This Agreement may NOT be modified.
