Colasanti Casa d?Aste is pleased to present its first "Fine Wines and Collectible Spirits" auction, with the precious collaboration of Maurizio Paparello and Alessandro Pepe.
Our selection is characterized by prestigious Italian and international labels, the result of careful research aimed at attracting the attention of collectors and enthusiasts from all over the world.
The catalogue starts with a large collection of Champagne, including Dom Pérignon P3 1971, Krug Clos du Mesnil 1981 and various vintages of Salon. We continue with Bordeaux in all its production areas and some great Château Premier Grand Cru Classé. Followed by Burgundy with Romanée-Conti 2015 and Nuits-St. Georges Aux Lavières of Leroy. In the second round we move to Italy, starting from Piedmont with the famous Barolo and Barbaresco, including Giacomo Conterno, Roagna, Ceretto and Gaja; while Tuscany is present in the catalog with the famous producers of Super Tuscan and Brunello di Montalcino: Tenuta San Guido, Ornellaia, Antinori, Poggio di Sotto and Biondi-Santi.
The auction ends with an assortment of very rare Whiskeys and Rums, including a highly prized Rhum des Plantations Saint-James 1885.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
In the lot description, where possible, we have reported the score of the famous anerican critic Robert Parker

Some labels may be stained or dirty when wines have been stored in damp conditions. However, it should be noticed that such storage conditions are generally beneficial.
The external evaluation of the bottle including level, label, color and capsule condition cannot replace the tasting judgement which remains the only effectual regard to the real value of the wine for sale.
