Terms and Conditions Please be advised that by placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract with BIDHAUS. If you are the successful winning bidder, you have a legal obligation to purchase the item(s) won from BIDHAUS. Furthermore, a bidder acknowledges that proper and careful due diligence has been conducted prior to placing any bid, and that the bidder knowingly and willfully placed a legally binding bid. BIDHAUS reserves the right to withdraw or combine any lots listed in the auction at any time with no liability. Furthermore, BIDHAUS reserves the right to cancel or replace an order post auction if (a) it does not successfully pass and meet our quality control standards prior to shipping, (b) is no longer available because our products may be offered simultaneously on multiple platforms, or (c) it was sold in error by our Auctioneer. In the event this occurs, BIDHAUS may provide the winning bidder with the same, similar or upgraded item at no additional charge to the bidder; or at BIDHAUS? sole discretion, provide a refund or credit. Any Customer credits will expire one (1) year from the date from the date of issuance. The successful winning bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by our Auctioneer. BIDHAUS and its Auctioneers will have final discretion in determining the winning bidder and in resolving any disputes between bidders. If any dispute arises after the sale, the BIDHAUS sale record shall govern. Winning bidders must pay for the entire invoice before the items are removed from our inventory or any other online platforms. Many items are consigned to BIDHAUS and may be simultaneously offered for sale on multiple online platforms. If a listed item shall become unavailable, BIDHAUS will attempt to remove the item from the auction on a ?best efforts basis?. Consequently, BIDHAUS may provide the winning bidder with the same or similar item at no additional charge to the winning bidder, or at BIDHAUS? sole discretion, provide a refund or credit. Buyer?s Premium Each lot sold in our auction is subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) Buyer?s Premium, unless specified otherwise. (For example: A $100 Hammer (bid) will equate to $100 Hammer + $25 Buyers Premium for a total of $125.) Reserves As a courtesy to our bidders, and to ensure flexibility during our auctions, BIDHAUS does not list reserve prices. Should a bid come close to a reserve amount, BIDHAUS may decide to sell the item below its set reserve. Please note, BIDHAUS auctions may contain a ?Hidden Reserve?. This means that if the lot does not meet its designated reserve, the lot will either be ?passed? or; should there be existing bids on said lot, be ?sold to the floor? (meaning item was not sold). If an auction is displayed as ?No Reserve?, this means that any of the lots in this specific auction do not need to reach a specified ?reserve? amount above the starting price. Payment Payments for winning bids may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal, Bitcoin and bank wire transfers. If you choose to pay by credit card, please note that Live Auctioneers will impose an additional surcharge on the transaction amount. All items must be paid for within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of auction. BIDHAUS reserves the right to replace items with similar items should payment be received after this forty-eight (48) hour payment window. If no replacement is available, a credit will be issued for use on any other BIDHAUS purchase. BIDHAUS reserves the right to delay shipment of items until all funds have been received and cleared. Should any payments due to BIDHAUS exceed $2,000.00 or should any new bidders lack sufficient successful auction payment history, then the winning bidder may be required to wire their payment. Please note, if you have not contacted us to arrange payment within three (3) business days after the auction date, Live Auctioneers will charge your credit card on file for the full amount due on your invoice. Shipping Address Change If payment is made via wire transfer, Bidhaus can ship to any requested address. For payments via credit/debit card, BIDHAUS is required to ship to the address that you provide when completing your payment. Should you wish to have item(s) shipped to an alternate address, it is easiest to switch the address on your LIve Auctioneers profile prior to making your payment. In the event you have already paid your invoice and wish to change your shipping address, you must email BIDHAUS Customer Support (support@bidhaus.com) proof (license or utility bill) of your alternate shipping address. Should the winning bidder not have proof of their alternate shipping address, payment via bank wire transfer is required. Free Shipping & Handling BIDHAUS provides free domestic shipping, insurance and handling on all orders (excluding furniture, housewares or art) to the lower 48 states (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and the US Territories) by the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FEDEX. When a Customer?s item(s) are shipped, the Customer will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. When a Customer?s item(s) are delivered, the Customer will receive a delivery confirmation email. We require an adult signature to release all packages. All PayPal orders require both the billing and shipping addresses to be verified and confirmed. Special shipping and handling requests may be accommodated on a limited basis at BIDHAUS? sole discretion and the bidder may incur additional shipping charges. Bidhaus will make every attempt to ship items within 5-10 business days of payment receipt barring any unforeseen shipping delays caused by Covid-19. BIDHAUS will allow pickups on a case by case basis at its sole discretion. International Shipping BIDHAUS will ship items internationally at the Customer's expense. When a Customer?s item(s) are shipped, the Customer will receive an email confirmation and tracking information. When a Customer?s item(s) are delivered, the Customer will receive a delivery confirmation email. Please be advised that insurance coverage may be limited or unavailable for some foregn countries. To the extent foreign bidders are aware of alternative shipping arrangements which may be desired to increase insurance coverage, we advise them to notify BIDHAUS of such options. BIDHAUS shall not be liable for any shortfall of insurance on foreign shipments. WINNING BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND/OR TAXES. BIDHAUS charges sales tax on international shipments which will be refunded upon the Customer providing documentation evidencing their respective country?s import duties have been paid. Insurance Insurance coverage is only for the damage or loss of an item while in transit. We will not be responsible for any losses if the tracking information shows the package was signed for and was delivered to the correct address. If an item is lost in transit, we reserve the right to reship a similar replacement item or provide a refund. Condition We have tried to accurately describe every item. Condition and substantial defects are disclosed and/or photographed. Accordingly, minor defects or smells may not be disclosed, which can be expected in pre-owned or vintage items. Please review images carefully as all items are SOLD AS IS. Keep in mind that on certain monitors, photos and light may depict slight color variations. Unless specified in the lot description, the item may not come with a box, papers, dust-bags, or authenticity card/certificate. Furthermore, any representation of serial numbers and/or unique item date codes may only be shown as a reference for their physical location on the item and may differ on the actual item won. Return Policy All items are SOLD AS IS, with all disclosed faults. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event an item description does not match the item received, BIDHAUS will provide a refund, credit or exchange. Return or exchange requests may only be made within three (3) days from the date on which the winning bidder receives their items from BIDUAS and must notify BIDHAUS Customer Support (support@bidhaus.com) of any discrepancies. BIDHAUS expressly reserves the right to find an acceptable replacement or should replacement be unavailable, refund the Customer. BIDHAUS also reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not comply with the requirements listed above. Return requests for any other reasons contrary to the above, may only be made within three (3) days from the date on which the winning bidder receives their items from BIDUAS and must notify BIDHAUS Customer Support (support@bidhaus.com) with an explanation, which may be approved at BIDHAUS? sole discretion. A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be deducted from the Hammer and Buyer?s Premium Invoice total. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for fully insured return shipping. The Customer must make sure to carefully package and provide tracking information for the item(s) they are returning. All authorized returns must be received in the same condition as when they were originally shipped to the Customer, or they will be returned to Customer at their cost. Any unauthorized returns will be discarded and the winning bidder will relinquish any and all claims to these items. Refusal to accept merchandise delivered by BIDHAUS to the winning bidder constitutes an unauthorized return in direct violation of these Terms and Conditions. Liability and Disclaimer BIDHAUS, its Vendors and/or Consignors disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the Implied Warranty of Merchantability or Fitness for any particular purpose. Neither BIDHAUS, nor its Vendors and/or Consignors will be held responsible for any descriptions of the rarity, quality, condition, size, importance, or provenance of an item. While BIDHAUS representatives, to the best of their ability, describe the items for sale, any statement, whether oral or written, by the Auctioneer or by any authorized BIDHAUS representative are mere opinions and shall not be deemed a warranty or representation regarding the item(s) offered for sale. Any low or high estimates provided in any auction catalog or by the Auctioneer prior to, or during a live auction does not constitute an appraisal and does not represent a resale value. Estimates are calculated based on a combination of previous sales for similar items, supply and demand, rarity, and targeted price range. Estimates are not Reserves and do not indicate a minimum price needed for an item to be sold. Estimates are provided merely as an estimation of similar items in new retail conditions and are meant to compare the sale of new items versus purchasing a second hand or used item(s). The bidder is responsible for determining the age, size, condition and value of the item(s) before bidding. By placing a bid, you signify that you have examined the item to your satisfaction or have chosen not to examine it.
