All items are sold AS IS, where is, and without recourse. We are open for public previews up to 4 weeks prior to the auction. If you cannot inspect an item in person, call or email and we will provide any and all information possible for your review. Condition reports are opinions and should not be treated as fact. Please ask questions if your are not sure about an item PRIOR to the auction. There are no guarantees to the authenticity of the signatures on any work of art, we use the terms attributed to, manner of, or style (of) in our catalog. We will only guarantee the mediums in which works are executed in. All items must be paid and picked up within 10 days from the Monday following the auction, unless prior arrangements were made with the gallery. We accept Visa/MasterCard, American Express ****, Cash and Checks with proper ID (Should you pay with a check, your items may be held until the check clears). We also accept wire transfer. **** All credit card purchases will have a 3% service fee added to the final balance due ****. Purchased items not picked up within the week after the auction will be sent to storage and all associated costs will be added to your invoice. All items will incur a $10 per day storage fee plus transfer costs associated w shipping the items. If item is not removed within thirty days the item will be reauctioned without reserve in the next available sale and all costs incurred with shipping and storing item will be deducted from the proceeds of the sale. All auction disputes will be settled by 5th Avenue Auctions, LLC's records and shall be treated as factual and final. Liveauctioneers.com and any other on-line provider is a 3rd party entity and cannot supersede the auction gallery records. 5th Avenue Auctions, LLC are governed by Connecticut auction laws, and only those laws will be accepted and adhered to. Our pick-up times are limited (11 TO 5pm MON TO SAT) and we need your purchases out as ASAP. If items are here beyond a reasonable time, they will be shipped to storage at your risk and your expense, and it is expensive. We charge an initial $100 storage fee and $10 every day after. Please make sure you bring someone with you if picking up a larger item, we have no movers on site to assist for larger pick ups at this time. If having a shipper pick up on your behalf, please make sure they are aware of this and bring another person to assist them. Shipping is expensive. Our minimum in house shipping is $40. We DO NOT ship anything larger than flat rate USPS, WE URGE YOU TO GET SHIPPING QUOTES BEFORE THE AUCTION!! WE CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. GET QUOTES BEFORE THE AUCTION.
