Purchase Price and Payment The buyer agrees to pay us, in addition to the hammer price of the lot, the buyer's premium and any applicable sales tax (the "Purchase Price"). As soon as a buyer has satisfied all of the foregoing conditions, our staff will contact the buyer to organize the shipment. Contract Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on from the seller.
