The May 22nd, 2010 auction will feature over 600 lots and include Tennessee and Georgia estates/collections along with silver items deaccessioned from Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Museum of Art, Nashville, Tennessee to benefit the acquisitions fund. Historic Tennessee living and deceased estates from the Knoxville, Nashville, and Crossville areas will be represented, including Tennessee furniture and decorative arts from the Shirley Reynolds estate of Morristown, a descendant of Thomas Reed of Historic Horseshoe Bend Plantation, Grainger County.
