The Creager Collection Part I - Collectibles
The late Bill Creager was born during the Great Depression in the heart of the Southland. Like a lot of Depression era individuals, he was an inveterate hoarder, but Bill also had a collector’s mentality. Nothing stopped him. He was more likely to have a 100 of something rather than just 1. We’ve transported his entire collection from Lexington, KY to our gallery; and when we say all of our floor space is in play and two days of Auction are barely going to get it done, that may give you some idea of what’s here! There’s enough Sports Memorabilia to open up a Baseball (& other Sports) Card Shop! There are enough Antique Toys to fill an entire Antique Toy Show auditorium! There are over 50,000 Baseball cards; 2,700 Comic Books; 700 Toy Soldiers; 30 Pedal Cars; Several hundred Western Toy Guns; Thousands of Antique & Collectible Toys; Coin & Stamp collections; Tons of Disneyana; The largest ever offered Davy Crockett Collection and that’s only a few aspects of the collection! When you combine the quality with the quantity & add in the fact that it’s all at unreserved auction, it becomes an event no one with this interest should miss! To get it all done, there will be some huge lots that will represent great value to potential buyers! Truly something for everyone – from inexpensive to the quite valuable… See the website & plan to preview this huge auction… The only way to fully appreciate the depth & breadth of it all is to come & see for yourself! Don’t Miss It!
