BUYER CONTRACT Bids placed on SAH items through any 3rd party website are a binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to SAH via 3rd party provider including sale price, buyer's premium and all applicable taxes. Condition authenticity, and value are solely the opinion of SAH and its employees. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. Winning buyers must pick up their items at the designated location within the assigned time frame as stated in the sale details page or that of SAH. If after winning an item you determine you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled time and date, you must contact SAH within 24 hours to avoid forfeiture. If prior to the pick-up date the winner/client cannot pick up we will determine if alternate arrangements can be made. Items marked Local Pick-Up in the title and or description cannot be shipped. There are some small shippable items that may have expensive cost based on weight and or awkward size. SAH 732.672.5687 FORFEITURE OF ITEMS Any items not paid and / or not picked up during the specified pick up time in accordance with the SAH Terms & Conditions will be forfeited by the winning bidder. SAH at its sole discretion will reoffer. SAH requests all shipping invoices be paid within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to pay shipping cost within the above stated time can at SAH discretion result in forfeiture of the ability to ship, extra handling charge, storage fee, and or forfeiture of winning items.
