TERMS OF SALE: In publishing this catalog, Toys of Times Past Auctions has tried to accurately describe all items being sold. All items are sold AS IS-WHERE IS. BUYERS PREMIUM: 15% buyers premium will be added to all purchases paid for with MasterCard or Visa. A 3% discount will be applied to all purchases paid for with Cash, Check or Money Order (discounted to 12%). SALES TAX: Ohio residents must pay Ohio sales tax unless you have an Ohio sales tax exemption number. You must fill out a Sales Tax Exemption form and submit a copy of your Department of Taxation Tax Exemption License. If purchase is shipped out of the State of Ohio, the purchase is exempt from Ohio sales tax. Bidders picking up items from out of state are subject to 7.75% Ohio sales tax. PAYMENT: Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Check or Money Order are accepted. All checks will be held for 10 business days prior to shipping the purchase. Invoices with be sent within 7-10 days after the close of auction. Payment in full must be received within 14 days after receiving invoice. SHIPPING: All items are shipped fully insured and the buyer is responsible for the insured shipping cost. Although we take great time and care in packing, if an item is damaged in shipment, please notify us immediately. All packing material, shipping boxes and damaged item must be kept, otherwise we will not be able to process an insurance claim. We can not be held responsible for making a claim if these instructions are not followed.
