All descriptions are guaranteed for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of sale. If there are questions as to the authenticity of the work, the buyer may submit, at his own expense, an opinion in writing, from a recognized expert on the artist or authority. In the event the work is judged inauthentic by the expert, the work may be returned in the same condition as it was sold and the purchase price will be refunded. Refunds do not include the buyers premium, transportation, insurance, or other expenses that may have been incurred by the buyer. It is the buyers responsibility to make payment in a timely fashion such that the property can be released and inspected within this thirty (30) day time frame. All authorship of items that do not carry established documented provenance nor any past record of auction history record in this catalog are described according to the following terms: Signed [Artist Name] : In cases in which the signature is legible in the lot, this work is described as-is with no attributions given. By [Artist Name] : The work is by the artist. Attributed to [Artist Name] : The work may be ascribed to the artist on the basis of style, but there may be some question as to actual authorship. In the Style of [Artist Name] : The work was executed by an unknown hand, but was designed deliberately to emulate the style of the artist. After [Artist Name] : The work was executed by an unknown hand, but is a deliberate copy of a known work by the artist. Works of art and items listed as Attributed to: an artist are offered without proof of authenticity and are offered without warranty as to authenticity. All lots are sold "AS IS" and Anzardo's Fine Arts LLC nor its consignors make any warranties or representations with respect to such lots, implied or expressed, except for the limited warranties stated herein. Prospective bidders should contact the gallery regarding property to determine anything that may be of significance to them regarding the purchase, including size, condition, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored, before they place bids. Any condition reports given by Anzardo's Fine Arts LLC are a courtesy to prospective bidders and are opinions only. Anzardo's Fine Arts LLC #AB3899 ***IMPORTANT*** All purchased items must be removed from our location within 60 days after payment is made unless specific arrangements have been made. If items remain in the gallery after 60 days Anzardo's Fine Arts reserves the right to resell the items in a future sale or directly in our gallery at any time.

Due to our small staff, in most cases, we are unable to approve bidders, take phone calls and answer emails once our auction has started. We strive to have our sale online approximately 14 days or more prior to any given auction, so prospective bidders can browse, register and request condition reports or more photos if possible. We cannot accommodate these requests on the day of, or during the sale. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please note: Due to occasional phone bidder fraud activity, we will always ask for a valid credit card number on the phone and ID in the form of a valid drivers license or passport in email. As per our phone bidder agreement, we will be sending a phone bid list to the bidder which will need to be replied to with a signature from the bidder accepting the phone or absentee bid terms. Phone bids must be paid within 7 days. If payment is not received within this time frame, the CC on file will automatically be charged. If you have not contacted Anzardo's Fine Arts to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
