The Company reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before, during or after the auction without liability. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. The buyer will not acquire title to the lot until all amounts due to us from the buyer have been received by us in good cleared funds even in circumstances where we have released the lot to the buyer. We have the right to cancel the sale and to take any other actions that are required or permitted under applicable law. 8: Packing, handling and shipping All shipping and handling will be done by the company and third party licensed shippers. Charges will be included in your invoice. Additional charges may apply to oversize lots. The company will arrange shipping as soon as the payment is confirmed. Usually the packages would be sent out within 6 to 12 business days (mostly we ship before this time).
