By bidding at the auction, whether present in person or by agent, by absentee bid, telephone, internet, or other means, By registering for and participating in this auction, you agree that you have read and will abide by these and all other terms of sale as stated here and elsewhere by the auctioneer. TERMS: 1. Opinions of grading and condition for all lots in this sale are stated for informational purposes only! Please examine lots carefully before bidding, no returns are accepted!! As a result of recent and ongoing legislation, most U.S. states now require businesses to collect and remit sales tax on online purchases made from their states. Regardless of where sellers are located, they are required to charge tax on internet orders if your state mandates it. Each state has different requirements and thresholds on what is taxed, and how much. Note that purchases shipped to or picked up in states that do not impose sales tax will not be subject to tax. Sales tax will not apply to purchases made by bidders with valid tax exemption certificates. If you have a valid tax exemption certificate, upload it to your LiveAuctioneers account to ensure your purchases are not subject to tax. 3. All properties are sold as-is, and all sales are final. Neither the auctioneer nor the consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind with respect to merchandise. Buyer shall not rely on the auctioneer, employees, the catalog description, provenance information, and documents, or advertisements in any part, and must rely only on his own inspection, research and opinions of all items: Right Spot Auctions Inc offers high-resolution photos for bidders to review and make their own conclusions about the piece. No employee is authorized to make any warranties, expressed or implied, on behalf of Right Spot Auctions Inc. NO GUARANTEE OF PROVENANCE: All provenance information is provided by the Consignors. Right Spot Auctions Inc is not responsible for the research and provenance of each item. Right Spot Auctions Inc is not responsible for authenticity, genuineness of, estimated selling price of, or defects in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made, or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold as-is and without recourse. NO GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY FOR JADE: Right Spot Auctions Inc does not guarantee the authenticity of the color or age of any jade. All jade will be sold as-is, without any warranties. All sales are final in jade purchases, no returns will be accepted. The judgment of such qualities is at the sole discretion of the buyer. NO GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY FOR CHINESE PAINTINGS: Right Spot Auctions Inc does not guarantee any of the lot number descriptions concerning Chinese paintings including authentication, originator, and the date of execution. NO GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY FOR STAMPS, COIN, AND/OR PAPER CURRENCY: Right Spot Auctions Inc cannot guarantee any of the lot number descriptions, provenance, illustrations, and conditions are provided as reference. All items sold as, no returns. 4. FOR REGISTRATION. The buyer must complete and sign a registration form and provide identification before bidding. We may require a bank or other financial references. A photo ID and Credit Card will be copied for record. The tax document is provided for tax-free. Right Spot Auctions Inc has the right at our complete discretion, to refuse admission to the premises or participation in any auction and to reject any bid. For first-time bidders, international bidders or bidders with poor credit and history records, we will ask a $1000 deposit holding from their registered credit card to get approval for bidding with us. Please note it is not a real charge, just hold to guarantee there are enough funds in the account. If a buyer doesn't win, the money will still stay on your account. 5. THERE WILL BE A 22% BUYERS PREMIUM APPLIED TO ALL SALES PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 5% FOR ONLINE BIDS DEPENDING ON INTERNET PLATFORMS. Right Spot Auctions Inc reserves the right to charge up to 30% non-refundable deposit fee to customers who make purchases in excess of $3000, or 5 lots. 6. Successful bidders will receive an invoice by email within 24-48 hours. We only accept credit cards for domestic purchases under $1000, this is a 4% transaction fee for a customer to make a payment by card. We accept to make full payment by Money Order/ Check/ Wire Transfer. For Wire Transfer, this is a $30 USD bank service fee that needs to add to the top of the invoice amount. Overseas purchases must be paid for by wire transfer. All payments or settlements shall be made in US Dollars. Buyers can only collect the lots after full payments are made. Should payments be made by check or draft, lots will only be released after bank clearance. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE AUCTION. If a buyer fails to pay within 10 days, Right Spot Auctions Inc reserves the right to enforce payment by charging the credit card on file for the total amount on the invoice. All property purchased from Right Spot Auctions Inc must be removed within 60 days after the auction date. Right Spot Auctions Inc is not responsible for paid items left for over 60 days after the auction date (unless a prior agreement has been made). Items left after 60 days will incur a $5/day storage fee per item. Once storage fees have exceeded the actual purchase price of the item(s) Right Spot Auctions Inc can exercise the right to re-auction. 7. ABSENTEE BIDS As a service to those wishing to place bids, we will accept such bids, in advance of the sale, on bidding forms available from us. In the event identical bids are submitted, the earliest will take precedence. Absentee bids shall be executed in competition with other absentee bids, any applicable reserve, bids from the audience, and bids live on-line. If we receive written bids on a lot for identical amounts, and these are the highest bids on the lot at the auction, it will be sold to the person whose written bid was received and accepted first. Execution of written bids is a free service undertaken subject to other commitments at the time of the sale and we do not accept liability for failing to execute a written bid or for errors and omissions about the written bid. 8. We do not provide in-house Packing and Shipping. We will provide our shipper list to our customers after our auction. 9. Some property that is sold at auction can be subject to laws governing export from the United States, such as items that include material from some endangered species. Import restrictions from foreign countries are subject to these same governing laws. Granting of licensing for import or export of goods from local authorities is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Denial or delay of licensing will not constitute cancellation or delay in payment for the total purchase price of these lots. 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION All disputes and claims arising out of or relating to events and actions covered herein, brought by or against us, shall be resolved by mediation or binding arbitration in accord with the procedures set forth below. This provision does not apply to claims brought by the Buyer directly against the Consignor, including, but not limited to any action brought pursuant to the rescission provisions noted above.

If you have not contacted Right Spot Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
