Cordier Antiques & Fine Art together with Farmersville Auction Company presents a a single consignor multigenerational collection fresh to the market for David and Suzanne Seyler of Womelsdorf, PA on August 13, 2005 at 10am. Suzanne Klopp Seyler is a direct descendent of the prominent Moore and Seltzer families of Womelsdorf, Berks County and Lebanon County. The pieces in the collection have descended through the family and are being offered for the first time. The 289 lot collection includes furniture, artwork, silver, pewter, jewelry, decorative arts, toys, hardware, textiles, fraktur, books, documents and other ephemera. Among the furniture offerings will be a circa 1780 architectural painted pine corner cupboard, a circa 1790 inlaid chest on chest, a circa 1810 Reading tall case clock signed George Fix and a circa 1820 butterfly inlaid card table. Other items of note include two Jacob Maental portraits, a theorem on velvet by Mary Ann Doll (Lititz Moravian School), three Samuel F. Earl portraits, and a Francis Levan hand decorated Geburts und Taufschein.
