All items for this auction must be picked up at 13 W Front Street in Keyport, NJ on Sunday November 20th between 11am-1pm or if you require shipping you must indicate this during payment or send us an email within 72 hours of auction close. All Items not picked up by 1pm on November 20th will be considered abandoned and disposed of. No refund will be given for abandoned items. Payment is Due by November 16th at 5pm. After invoices are created, your card on file will be automatically charged within 72 hours of Auction close. It is Buyer's responsibility to confirm that their invoice is paid. If you require shipping, you must indicate this during payment or contact us to request shipping within 72 hours of auction close. All items are being sold AS IS WHERE IS. Buyer is Responsible for bringing their own packing material, tools and assistance to help carry/load items. There will be no one available to help remove/load items. All items must be picked up during the listed pick-up times and at the listed pick-up location. All items not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up window will be considered abandoned and disposed of with no exceptions. No Refunds will be given for abandoned items Please email any questions regarding auction items or our policies prior to bidding and prior to the close of the auction. There is a 20% Buyers Premium on all lots sold. Although we make every effort to accurately describe all items being sold, no statement in this catalogue, invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size, quality, provenance or material of any of the items offered for sale. If requested prior to 48 hours of auction close, We will attempt to provide additional information on an item as a courtesy but only as an opinion which should not be regarded as a statement of fact. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect working condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. All Sales are Final. Any item purchased and removed from auction cannot be returned.
