Winning bidder will receive an invoice within 12-24 hours after the auction concludes and is expected to adhere to the following without exception: Bidder's that are picking up MUST do so the Monday and Tuesday following the sale from 10-4pm only. You must bring your own loading assistance and transporting / packing materials. Out of state Buyers picking up will be subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless exempt in which case you must bring your tax form. Failure to make payment and pickup on the scheduled days will result in forfeiture of items and disputed accounts - NO EXCEPTIONS. AUCTION HOUSE NOT RESPONSILBE FOR DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING - BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PURCHASE INSURANCE. There are two rounds of shipping per sale (usually Thursday's but subject to change the auction house and/or shippers discretion) if you do not call before the final shipping pick up your item(s) will be forfeited and your account disputed.
