Day 1: Categories offered include 18th and early 19th century furniture mainly from the estate of Arthur Connolly, 100 paintings, lithographs and prints, lighting including 3 magnificent chandeliers, 25 bronzes, art glass, Chinese glass from the Gadient collection, cloisonne, books, silver, including tea and coffee services by Tiffany and Gorham, jewelry 25 lots of antique and estate jewelry from one estate and including a Van Cleef & Arpels 10 carat diamonds on 18 k gold, Russian lacquer ware boxes, porcelain and pottery, photographs and celebrity items.
