**Any bidder that has an approved credit card on file with LiveAuctioneers that's payment remains outstanding after 72 hours of invoicing will be charged automatically. All items are sold, As Is, Where Is, without any warranties expressed or implied. We do not guarantee anything electrical. We recommend any electrical item purchased be checked by an electrician prior to use. Items will be available for preview before each auction for further examination. It is up to the customers to make their final decisions regarding an items description, authenticity, materials, condition and value. In a rare case where there is a reserve, Ralph Fontaines Heritage Auctions, Inc. will execute the reserve on behalf of the consignor. If the item fails to reach the reserve, it will be bought-in. Your decision to bid confirms that you have either previewed the items, or are in agreement to the conditions and terms listed above. Absentee & Phone Bids are accepted for all of our auctions. Absentee bids and Phone Bids must be received by 6:00PM (EST) the day before the auction. Phone bidders will be contacted the night before auction starts, and need to provide a reliable phone number to be reached at. Every attempt to reach phone bidders will be made, but there is no guarantee if you cannot be reached by phone. Auctioneer has sole discretion during and after the auction. Ralph Fontaines Heritage Auctions, Inc. is not responsible for failed or mis-executed bids including but not limited to internet, phone and left bids. Auctioneer's Buyer's Premium of 25% will be applied to all winning bids. Items will need to ship within 2 weeks of payment. Should an item remain longer than 30 days after payment it will be subject to storage fees of no less than $50, and not to exceed $250 per month. Any and all storage or late fees will have to be paid in full as well, before shippers are allowed to pick up items. An 8% Sales Tax will be collected by anyone that does not have a valid tax exempt certificate. Any item remaining longer than 60 days from payment date will be considered abandoned property, and subject to resale with no refund for any funds paid. If you have not contacted Ralph Fontaine Heritage Auctions Inc. to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
