Conditions of Sale CONTRACT: Your bid is a legally binding contract. Upon the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, title will pass to the highest bidder, and the property is thereafter at the purchaser's sole risk and responsibility. Eldred's is happy to help coordinate and recommend shipping agents. We provide domestic shipping services directly from our gallery for certain items. We pack and ship some small items (not dolls or lots containing multiple pieces), small paintings without glass, and rugs. When we process your payment, we can determine if your item(s) qualifies for in-house shipping. Currently, we will not be able to provide clients with shipping estimates for purchases. We use UPS Ground for all of our shipping, which we find to be a reliable service. Our current shipping wait is about 3-4 weeks from the time of payment. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 26% Buyer's Premium will be charged on successful bids. We have endeavored to make note of serious conditions issues, but it is up to the buyer to judge condition.
