1. All goods are sold as is, including all defects. All sales are final. T-art does not accept returns and refunds
2. The drop hammer price of each auction item of the bidder will increase the buyer's premium by 10%
3. By participating in any sale, the bidder acknowledges that they are bound by these terms and conditions. We have taken reasonable care to correctly describe the property to be sold, but we do not guarantee the correctness of the identity, period, source, source, authenticity, measurement or condition of the said property. 4. If the buyer cancels the order, it shall pay 25% of the transaction price as the buyer's liquidated damages. Online purchases from t-art may be subject to sales tax. 5. T-art always reserves the right to withdraw any property before sale. All auction items in this catalogue need to reserve the reserve price, that is, the confidential lowest hammer price when the auction items are sold. When executing the reservation, the auctioneer has the right to bid on behalf of the client, whether it is bid opening or responding to other bidders, and continue to bid until the reservation is reached. If the reserve price is not reached, the auctioneer has the right to withdraw the article from the auction
6. If payment is made by check or draft, the goods will be delivered only after bank clearing. Payment must be received within 5 days after the auction. If the buyer fails to pay within 5 days, we will reserve to charge the buyer (20% - 50%) liquidated damages
7. Any expenses related to the packaging, transportation and insurance of the purchased batch shall be borne by the buyer. T-art does not provide internal transportation, and all transportation will be completed by a third party, such as UPS DHL. T-art will deliver all goods in professional packaging. The delivery is completed within 15 working days after the buyer pays in full. The delivery will begin worldwide. After the goods are delivered, we will not be responsible for the damage of the goods. Therefore, it is recommended that the buyer buy insurance.
8. The buyer shall pay the freight and any applicable taxes, duties or other expenses for the goods from outside the buyer's country. We will not release any property until full payment is made. Invoicing will be completed within 48 hours.
9. Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, bill of exchange, telegraphic transfer. We don't accept paypal payment. Total payments in excess of $600.00 and all international payments must be made by telegraphic transfer with a handling charge of $10. All credit card payments will be subject to a 3% handling charge.
Payment should be made within 5 days after the sale. We reserve the right to retain the goods until payment is cleared.
