If your address appears local, we will set it aside for pickup. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL; WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO A US BASED ADDRESS. IF YOU NEED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, YOU MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH AN EXPORTER. SHIPPING TIME FRAMES: Shipping will take 2-3 weeks to complete following the auction. The last auction had 172 individual orders requiring shipping with two employees sending it out. Please be patient, each order requires special attention as we are dealing with many fragile and antique items, as well as firearms which have extra layers of compliance we have to follow. Generally, we work in order of who had paid their invoice at the time we print them then paddle/invoice number. If an FFL is required for shipment and you have already had it sent, please don't email us to see if we received it. We will contact you if there is an issue when we get to your order. You must send us an FFL with every invoice; we do not keep them on file. FFL REQUIRED TRANSACTIONS: IF YOU WIN A NON-ANTIQUE FIREARM THAT WAS MADE AFTER 1898, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER HAVE THIS GUN SHIPPED TO AN FFL DEALER OR YOU MAY PICK IT UP IN PERSON AFTER UNDERGOING A BACKGROUND CHECK IF YOU LIVE LOCALLY. ALL FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS APPLY. C&R licenses are accepted where allowed (California requires additional COE). PLEASE CHOOSE A DEALER THAT WILL EASILY SEND THIER LICENSE TO US, IF WE HAVE TO FILL OUT A FORM OR CONTACT THEM YOUR ORDER WILL BE MOVED TO THE END OF THE SHIPPNG QUEUE. AMUNITION SHIPPING: States such as California and New York now require ammunition to be sent to an FFL Dealer. All federal and state laws apply. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION LISTED WITH PROXIBID/LIVE AUCTIONEERS IS CORRECT BEFORE BIDDING. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES IF YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION IS INCORECT. We charge a $10 administrative fee per firearm (any firearm including black-powder firearms and antiques). Sales tax is charged based on the locality of the buyer. Before bidding - check with your state to see if the firearms & magazines are legal to buy! The cost of shipping will be according to FEDEX or USPS charges plus shipper's packing fees. Many states like New York, Connecticut and Colorado have passed new laws - don't bid if you can't own the items! If you do - there is no refund, we will run the items again with you as the consignor! DUE TO ISSUES WITH PROXIBIDS / LIVE AUCTIONEERS INVOICING SYSTEM, WE WILL BE ESTIMATING SHIPPING COSTS ON THE INTIAL INVOICE. ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH INSURANCE. If shipping costs are significantly above our estimates, we may charge additional shipping to cover the difference. NO DIRECT INTERNATIONAL SALES! International shipments must go through an exporter. Note: Items purchased online will not be available on the day of the auction. Items being picked up in store may be picked up the next business day (Tuesday) following the auction. ITAR Restricted items: Items that are ITAR controlled may not be shipped out of the United States. These items include but are not limited to certain aircraft parts, ordinance items, optical devices, and electronics. Generally, we will try to list an item as ITAR controlled. By participating in our auction, you agree to receive email communications from us related to our auctions. We may also call you in case of a payment or FFL issue. LOCAL BIDDERS: IF BUYING THROUGH PROXIBID / LIVE AUCTIONEERS YOU MUST PAY THROUGH THE CARD ON FILE WITH PROXIBID / LIVE AUCTIONEERS OR USE THE ACH PAYMENT WITHIN 24 / 72 HOURS FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. OTHERWISE THE CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY. ITEMS FOR LOCAL PICKUP MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE AUCTION HOUSE WITHIN TWO WEEKS FOLLOWING THE AUCTION, OR INCUR A $10 PER ITEM PER MONTH STORAGE FEE. ***FIREARMS SHIPPING, WHERE TO SEND YOUR FFL (OR C&R): PLEASE HAVE YOUR FFL DEALER EMAIL US A COPY OF THEIR LICENSE TO eogshipping@gmail.com immediately after you received your invoice. Please include your name and or paddle number in the title line of the email so we can associate the FFL with your order. You must send us an FFL with every invoice; we do not keep them on file. We ship to all 50 States, including California and New York, but we are required to follow the laws of your state. Shipping will be delayed if your FFL requires us to contact them. Every FFL is different, please search for one that is reasonably priced and easy to work with.
