No items will be shipped prior to receipt of payment. Items up to $5000.00 shipped via USPS will be insured by the seller. Standard packaging shipping in the United States via USPS for smaller items (examples: Jewelry, coins and pens) up to 5 pounds will be billed at $20.00. Specialized shipping such as out of country shipping may incur an additional charges. All other items require the purchaser to arrange shipping. Sales are FOB origin or upon delivery to USPS or buyers 3rd party shipper. All sales are final, no refunds or returns. Shipping for items over 5 pounds, paintings and other oversized items regardless of weight is the responsibility of the buyer. Some purchased lots of coins or jewelry may be combined, if they are under 5 pounds. to reduce shipping cost to the buyer.

Furniture and other large items must be picked up by buyer(or buyer's shipper) between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM EST and will require a minimum of 48 hours notice to schedule pickup. Pick-up of items not arranged with ModVintEdge, LLC within 15 days will incur a storage fee of $20 per day. Items not picked-up after 45 days will be forfeited to ModVintEdge, LLC.

If you have not contacted Mod Vintedge to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
