Terms & Conditions Please resolve any questions with CURATED OBJECTS before placing a bid. 1. Bidding and Payment: By placing a bid, you enter into a legally binding contract with CURATED OBJECTS. If you win the auction, you are obligated to purchase the item. Bids should only be placed if you intend to buy the lot. In addition to the hammer price, a 25% buyer's premium applies to each lot sold. The auctioneer's decision is final in determining the winning bid, and any disputes will be resolved based on CURATED OBJECTS' sales records. Payment must be made in full before items are removed or shipped, and within three (3) business days from the auction date. CO will be charged according to state regulations. Payments can be made via credit card, wire transfer, or Live-Payment. CURATED OBJECTS reserves the right to hold items until all funds are confirmed. 2. Shipping & Handling: CURATED OBJECTS offers shipping services for convenience. Lots will be shipped within fifteen (15) business days after full payment is received, primarily through UPS or FedEx. Special shipping requests may be accommodated at CURATED OBJECTS' discretion, with additional charges for large, fragile, or unusual items. Original invoice shipping fees are estimates, and CURATED OBJECTS may charge additional fees if necessary. Buyers agree to any additional charges for special shipping or handling requests. Extra charges may apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and international locations. International Shipping & Insurance: Shipping to foreign locations is handled similarly to US shipments, but insurance coverage may be limited or unavailable. If foreign bidders require alternative shipping arrangements for increased insurance coverage, they should notify CURATED OBJECTS. The gallery is not liable for limited or unavailable insurance or for additional invoice charges beyond the bid amount. Local pickups in Dallas will be by appointment only, on December 3rd and 4th from 11am - 4pm. Please call or message us at 469-949-2774 or curatedobjects.co@gmail.com to schedule a pickup time. Please bring materials and a body if any objects are heavy/large..etc. We are unable to help move large objects. There will be a $5 per item, per day charge for any objects that are not claimed during the pickup days. If there are any issues with pickup, please call/email us in advance to make arrangements. 4. Returns: Returns are only accepted with written authorization from CURATED OBJECTS, at its sole discretion. No returns or refunds will be accepted without a quality issue. A written return request must be submitted within three (3) days of receiving the lot. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were shipped; unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to the buyer at their expense. 5. Warranties & Descriptions: CURATED OBJECTS and its consignors disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. There are no guarantees that items are as described in the auction catalogue or by representatives. Descriptions of rarity, quality, or condition are opinions only and should not be considered warranties. We do our best to thoroughly research the objects and to describe all details/imperfections...ect with each lot. If you have any questions or concerns at all, please do hesitate to reach out. 6. Buyer Responsibilities: Bidders are responsible for determining the age, condition, and value of items before bidding. By bidding, you confirm you are satisfied with the lot's condition. If CURATED OBJECTS is unable to deliver a lot due to fire, theft, or other causes, its liability is limited to the purchase price paid. Sales Tax: Online purchases from CURATED OBJECTS may be subject to sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, submit your tax-exempt certificate to avoid tax collection.

If you have not contacted Curated Objects to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
