Auction Bidder Terms and Conditions By participating in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Bidder's Premium A 21% bidder?s premium will be added to the winning bid price of each lot. This does not include additional premiums for auction services. Shipping A minimum shipping fee of $20 will apply to all items. Items will be shipped via USPS or FedEx, unless the bidder makes alternative shipping arrangements prior to the close of the auction. Shipping costs may vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the item. Insurance The bidder is responsible for insuring the item(s) they purchase. Auctioneer does not provide insurance on items during shipping unless specifically requested by the bidder at the time of payment. Transfer of Ownership Ownership of the item(s) will transfer to the bidder only upon receipt of full payment. Any items not paid for within the specified period will remain the property of the auction house. Payment Payment for all items is due within 5 days of the auction sale date. Acceptable payment methods include credit card, check, or cash. Failure to remit payment within the required time frame may result in the forfeiture of the item and the bidder's ability to participate in future auctions. All Items Sold "As Is" All items are sold "As Is" and are described to the best of our ability. All items are authentic and as described, unless otherwise noted in the auction details. Bidders are responsible for verifying the authenticity and condition of items before bidding. We strongly encourage bidders to inspect items in person during the preview period or to request additional information or photos prior to placing bids. Preview of Items A preview of the items available for auction is available by appointment only. The auction house encourages all bidders to inspect items before the auction. The auctioneer will execute these bids on the bidder's behalf during the live auction. The auctioneer will make every effort to secure the bid but is not responsible for any errors or omissions in executing absentee bids. Reserve Prices Some items may be subject to a reserve price, meaning the item will not be sold unless the bidding reaches or exceeds the specified reserve. The auctioneer will disclose any reserve price at the time of bidding. Failure to Honor Bids Bidding in this auction constitutes a legal contract. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to purchase the item at the winning bid price plus applicable fees and shipping. Failure to honor bids may result in appropriate civil or criminal action. Such violations may also lead to penalties, including but not limited to the loss of the ability to bid in future auctions.
