Buyers? Responsibilities:
a. Commission Fees: A 17% hammer price commission is applicable to all successful bids. Additional 5% commission is applicable to the ATG platforms bidders.
b. Delivery Quotes: The delivery quote will be provided on the same day as the auction concludes.
c. Delivery Terms: Delivery terms and conditions are outlined in the Shipping Policy.
d. Room Auctions or Collection: Please note that we do not facilitate room auctions or allow for item collection. All transactions and deliveries are managed as per our Shipping Policy.
Return Policy:
We adhere to the Distance Selling Act, allowing for the acceptance of returns. Items acquired may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Prior to returning any items, customers are required to contact the Auction House within the 14-day period after receiving the order to receive instructions. Items returned without notifying the Auction House will not be considered as returned.
