Pick up for Lumber ,contents of trailers, and larger lots of items is May 9th & 10th from 9:30am-4:30pm and May 11th from 9:00am ? 3:00pm. Trailers and boxes must be picked up within 2 weeks and must be scheduled. If you purchased lumber in trailers and it is not removed by May 11th, it will be considered abandoned. BRING Packing Material, tools , any equipment needed and HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS ! THERE WILL BE NO ONE TO HELP YOU LOAD . PAYMENT IS DUE BY May 7th, at 3pm . All items must be paid for with a credit card thru LiveAuctioneers. Shipping- If we ship it in house, there is a $15 handling fee for the first lot (unless a price is stated in description) and $5 each additional lot, plus actual postage. If the description states ?No Shipping? we will not ship or transport items. Paintings or Prints that need shipment, will be packed and shipped thru The UPS Store or In House. If we ship them in house, there is an additional handling charge. If we have UPS pack and ship anything (fragile items, framed items, hard to pack items), there is a $10 transport charge, plus UPS packing and shipping charges.
