Our upcoming sale of 20th Century, Modern & Contemporary Fine Art presents a carefully curated selection of works by Modern, Post-War, and Contemporary artists across a variety of mediums, including painting, sculpture, photography, and works on paper. Highlights in the sale include two drawings by Alfonso Ossorio from the Estate of John Githens and Ingeborg Ten Haeff, a Frank Stella wall sculpture and other works from the Collection of Paul Kasmin, drawings and a sculpture by Alex Katz from the Collection of Christopher English Walling, paintings and drawings from the Collection of Sanford L. Smith, and two fresh-to-market works on paper by Yoshimoto Nara. Other highlights include works by Brice Marden, Terry Winters, Kiki Smith, Sandro Chia and Neil Welliver. A kinetic metal sculpture by George Rickey along with bronze works by Saint Clair Cemin are highlights in the medium. Also included is a large selection of photography including works by Harry Callahan, George Hoyningen-Huene, Aaron Siskind, Ruth Bernhard, Seton Smith and Edward Weston.
