If the customer is located outside the marketplace?s country of operation, we reserve the right to appoint an international debt recovery agency operating in the customer?s jurisdiction to recover the outstanding balance. 3.2 In the event that out-of-court methods are unsuccessful, we/or the vendor may pursue legal action in court to recover the owed amounts. 3.3 You agree to pay any reasonable costs incurred by us in the process of recovering these debts, including legal fees, court costs, and debt collection charges.
