Consideration for return will be made under very special conditions and within 20 days of the auction sale. If a significant error was made of attribution or condition, affecting value, an expert's written opinion/report stating reasons to why disputed, of such error, should be sent immediately for review in the possibility of a refund due. There will be no returns or adjustments made after 20 Days of the sale date. A buyer's premium will be added to the purchase price of each lot (18% for lots sold up to $1000., and 15% premium for lots sold at and over $1000.) For payment, if you have a card on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be automatically charged 72 hours after you receive your invoice. SHIPPING. Buyer Pays Shipping Costs - if more than one lot, items will be bundled if possible, to help lower costs. We do not ship all items in-house, many may be through a third party shipper (larger and and more fragile items). For smaller items we may have in-house shipping and insure items per your wishes (shipping will be noted in the auction description), and we also have local pick up available in Wixom, MI. for items. We request you make arrangements for pick up or shipping within 5 days after the sale date (including contacting a 3rd party shipper of your choice for arrangements). We use two local UPS stores; Our recommended shippers are UPS, email, store4022@theupsstore.com or call 248-926-3810 (Eliada, owner); or UPS, email, store2655@theupsstore.com or call 248-684-1141 (Curtis, owner). For larger items (and smaller), plus guns, we recommend carriers such as Navis shipping, email, mi1053@gonavis.com or call 248-692-0007 (Ross). Feel free to contact any, or multiple, for their shipping estimates. For larger items, we suggest you get a pre-sale estimate. Contact them, and then let us know preferably by email, and/or phone, who you are authorizing to be your shipper for your auction lots, and for us to know who to release your items to. For purchases out of the continental United States, please use 3rd party shipping (in-house shipping is for continental package mailing, of smaller items). After the auction pay your auction invoice, then we will release the lot items to the shipper of your choice. All 3rd party shipping payments and shipping will be handled directly between you and your designated shipper (will be acting as your agent). We urge you, the purchaser, to obtain shipping insurance and more than one shipping quote. In the unlikely event of any damage in shipping, contact the shipper immediately and save all packing materials. Frontier Antiques will not cancel sale due to shipping issues.
