SEVERABILITY If any portion, section, or provision of the Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such portion shall be construed separately and shall not affect the remainder of the Terms and Conditions. ASSIGNMENT Any assignment without modern Jewelry's written authorization will be deemed void.
