Artist Attribution: Attributions are made using the best available information. In the absence of documentation, attributions are considered vendor-represented and not absolute guarantees. Payment Terms Invoices must be paid in full by the stated due date. Administrative Fees for Violations: If a bidder initiates a chargeback in violation of these terms, they agree to pay Pacific Auction House: A minimum of $500 administrative fee All hourly administrative costs All legal expenses and damages resulting from the chargeback Binding Agreement: These terms become binding immediately upon placing a bid. Limitation of Liability Pacific Auction House is not liable for: Damage after delivery Loss by carrier Misuse of items Delays beyond our control Incorrect address provided by bidder Maximum liability is the purchase price of the item. 12.
