Late Payment: If payment is not received within the specified time, additional fees may apply, and the auction house reserves the right to cancel the sale. Item Pick Up and Delivery Pickup: Details for item pickup will be provided if applicable. Shipping: Items will be shipped to the address provided by the buyer. The auction house is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit. Condition of Items Inspection: Items are sold as is and where is. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding. No Warranties: The auction house makes no warranties or representations regarding the condition or authenticity of items. Dispute Resolution Errors: The auction house is not responsible for any typographical or clerical errors in the auction catalog. Disputes: Any disputes arising from the auction will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the auction house is located. Privacy and Data Protection Data Collection: Personal data collected during registration and bidding will be used in accordance with the privacy policies of LiveAuctioneers and the auction house. Security: Measures will be in place to protect your personal information and transactions. Modifications and Cancellations Auction Changes: The auction house reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify the auction or any lot within the auction at its discretion. Bid Cancellation: Once placed, bids cannot be withdrawn. If you wish to cancel your participation, you must do so in accordance with the platforms policies.
