All individual items as well as lots are sold as is, where is, to the highest bidder. We do not make any warranties or representations regarding the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, period, culture, age, source, origin, authenticity, or condition of any item sold. All statements, written and oral, are the opinions only of Southwestern Style Collectibles. All questions regarding specifics of items listed should be asked prior to the auction. If the item arrives in damaged condition, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. By placing bids on items in any of the auctions held by Southwestern Style Collectibles, you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 7 days of the close of the auction. All non payments will be reported and unpaid cases will be filed. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts. All items are sold to the highest bidder. In a situation of multiple bids of the same value on the same item, the decision will be at the discretion of Southwestern Style Collectibles. All questions regarding items prior to auction will be answered within 24 hours. We accept paypal, all major credit cards, money orders, personal checks. Paypal and credit card payments will incur 3.5% processing fee. WE DO NOT CHARGE BUYER PREMIUM.
