Payment
Please be aware that your credit card will not be charged automatically, we do not process automatic payments. All payments must be made manually via PayPal, which acts as a third-party payment provider.
An invoice will be sent to your email address by PayPal (please check your inbox carefully), and we will also send a payment link and a copy of the invoice to your LiveAuctioneers inbox for convenience.
If you encounter any issues completing the payment through PayPal, feel free to contact us and we will provide our bank account details so you can make a standard bank transfer.
We kindly ask that payment is completed within 7 days of receiving the invoice. We always attempt to contact bidders before initiating a dispute, primarily via the email address associated with your account (please be attentive if you use a secondary or web-based email account that you may not check regularly), and via your LiveAuctioneers inbox. We do not contact bidders by phone.

Your package will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days after we receive payment. Combined shipping is always offered, you pay only one shipping fee regardless of the number of items purchased.
All packages are insured and trackable, and prices apply to international shipping regardless of your country or continent. We cover any additional costs to ensure that all customers enjoy equal shipping terms, with no hidden fees.

Up to 500 grams: $24 USD
Up to 2 kg: $30 USD
Up to 3 kg: $68 USD
Up to 4 kg: $78 USD
Up to 5 kg: $89 USD
Up to 7 kg: $110 USD
Up to 10 kg: $150 USD
For items exceeding a total value of $3,000 USD, we will offer the most suitable shipping option to ensure full insurance coverage. Please allow additional processing time in such cases.
We only ship insured and trackable packages, to guarantee your protection. In the rare event of loss or damage, you will receive a full refund, we act quickly on claims, as we are fully covered by insurance for any lost or damaged goods.
