Items are available for viewing online & in-house at least one week prior to the start of the auction. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Please be aware that any unpaid invoice after 10 days those customers will be charged a storage fee of $10 a day. Please understand we need room for the next auction and unfortunately, many customers keep forgetting to pick up or pay for items. If the purchased property is not removed within 30 days of the sale, we may, at our sole discretion, consider that property abandoned and charge commissions on the sale, after reimbursement for storage.
